At DARASTE, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the return and refund information below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused and unworn
Be in the same condition as received
Be in the original packaging
Include proof of purchase or your order number

Please do not send your return to the address shown on the package. Contact us first to receive return instructions and the correct return address.

Return Shipping

For returns due to personal preference, incorrect size, or other non-defective reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us before returning it. We will review the issue and provide appropriate instructions.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide:

Order number
Description of the issue
Photos or video of the item, if applicable

Our customer service team will review your request and provide the next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 14 business days for us to process your return after it is received. Once the refund is issued, your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after it has been processed:

Contact your card issuer or bank, as processing times may vary.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Orders can only be cancelled or modified before they have been processed for shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In this case, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our return policy.
